As the paramount benefit I offer my customers is a personal one-to-one service, I'd like to introduce myself and give a quick insight into the world of IzzyB.

My name is Tracyann Hutchins. I am happily married with three children - in fact, it is my daughter's name Isobel from which the name IzzyB is derived.

I have had a long association with crafts, especially paper crafts, and over the years this has become both a passion and a business.

Whilst the passion was always there, the business came about by chance. When I was planning my own wedding, I couldn't find the exact wedding invitations I wanted anywhere. Although I knew what I wanted, no supplier could accommodate my wishes. This prompted me to make my own wedding invitations. These received so much positive feedback that I was asked to make greetings cards for friends and family. The circle grew and my business was formed.

My work is designed entirely around you, the customer. I offer a design service that is limited only by your imagination. I also have an extensive portfolio of designs to provide some inspiration. One of my great pleasures is sourcing unusual materials for that really special invitation or greetings card. How many of us keep special cards forever? Most of us, I have found.

Every family occasion is special. However, a wedding is truly unique; I believe the bride and groom should have a major input in the design of their stationery. It can be a most pleasurable task, or a difficult one. My aim is to make it pleasurable, fun and perfect. I don't believe any project is finished until I see a smile.

IzzyB is solely owned and managed by me, and, although I do have assistants, I am very much hands-on. I design the stationery, source the materials, make the order, and finally deliver it. Every item is made at my studio, nothing is ever outsourced, because I commit to giving every customer that personal touch. In fact, many of my customers have stayed in touch over the years, and from Wedding invitations I now create their children's birthday cards!
