Terms & Conditions
A deposit of 50% will be requested when ordering. The balance will be due before the order is despatched.
All orders will be sent by special delivery unless otherwise specified, and delivery charges will calculated according to the weight of the parcel.
Proofs of all items will be sent for your approval. You will be asked to sign each item to approve it. Any amendments required will need to be clearly marked. Amendments made after the proofs have been approved will be chargeable.
Orders will be despatched as soon as possible, but please allow up to 6 weeks from placing the order. Urgent orders can be accommodated, but an extra charge may be levied for this.
Names for place cards etc may be provided at a later date, to be mutually agreed.
Once proofs have been approved, all payments are non-refundable unless faulty.
There is no minimum order value.
Please remember that handmade products, by their nature, will have some slight variation in colour. This will not affect the quality of the goods.
