If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please give at least 24 hours notice to enable me to try to fill your space. Cancellations outside of this time are chargeable at the full amount of the appointment.

 

I understand that sometimes circumstances arise that result in last minute cancellations, and in these instances you will be offered a selection of other appointments within a reasonable timescale. If you can re-schedule within that timescale  you won't be charged.
